Our project car is still a work-in-progress, but we’re getting many inquiries for the G-class 4″ Lift Kit and 35″ Tires, so we wanted to share some pics with you before it’s done.
There are a few things you’ll notice straight away on this 2008 G500: G63 facelift, 4″ lift kit, and 35×12.5R20 tires. The fender flares are less noticeable, but they are actually 2″ wider than the OEM G63 fender flares. We are having some custom wheels made to take advantage of the extra width, but in the meantime, we used 50mm/75mm spacers to fill out the huge flares. The end result is a G that has presence. It sits 6″ higher than a G63 and about 5-6″ wider. In person, it’s pretty impressive.
With the release of the G550 4×4², many customers are chasing that look. After a 2″ or 4″ lift and beefier tires, the easiest way to get there is by installing the 4×4 Squared Roof Spoiler with LEDs. We have about a dozen versions of the roof spoiler from BRABUS, MANSORY, and the aftermarket, including paintable and carbon fiber pieces shown here. The Carbon Fiber Hood Attachment adds more to the overall appearance than we would have expected. It gives the vehicle a much more aggressive look. Again, we have options from BRABUS, MANSORY, and the aftermarket.
