Description

Permanent bolt-on winch mount by Thor Motorworks for Mercedes G-class MY 02-16 fits factory Mercedes G-class bumper.  The winch mount is structurally tied to the main frame rail brackets, yet it sits away from the air intake for the transmission oil cooler, allowing air flow and avoiding the need to relocate the oil cooler.  This is particularly convenient for the G55, since there is no place to relocate the intercooler.

Features:

• Fits all W463 models 2002-2016 without sensors except G63 (this also includes fitment on 2012 and later models with bumper sensors, but sensors must be custom relocated)
• Fits G500, G550, G55 including earlier Euro 463’s with the newer, non 460 or 461 bumper. Note that the 460 & 461 bumper has a tow pin, so this winch mount does not fit those.
• Permanent winch mount
• Made from laser cut 3/16″ – 4.75mm structural steel
• Powder coated satin black with fine texture finish
• Includes all hardware including metric flathead stainless bolts and high strength structural bolts
• Fits most 8000 to 9500 lb winches using a standard 10″x4″ bolt mounting pattern
• Requires drilling 8 holes in factory bumper
