No sliding around on the edge of the tailgate getting scratched; now your surfboard is secured for transport with its surface resting on soft fabric and foam.

If you stack them on top of each other, multiple surfboards can be carried. Two Surf Pads can also be installed beside one another. The Surf Pad is also handy for paddleboards and any other type of cargo that you want to secure and protect.
