Mercedes G-class Off Road 100mm Suspension Lift Kit W463 (G550, G55, G63) by Eurowise

We put together this this lift kit for your W463 after many installation and test vehicles throughout the years. Combining all the knowledge of lifting tons of G-Wagen’s and this is the combination of hardware we recommend for your G-Class.

Integrating Fox Shocks into this kit helps to improve the ride quality and control on a lifted vehicle. Installing Eurowise 4 inch lift kit allows you to run a larger wheel and tire without sacrificing the wheel wells or fenders. Typically the max tire size recommended is 35″ with 4 inch lift

External Reservoir Mounted 1 Way Adjustable Shocks

Suitable for highways, desert off-road and other road conditions are flat and there is no unpredictable obstacle road conditions. Two-way External Reservoir adjustable design, more damping oil than the classic models to suppress heat failure, compress and rebound can be adjusted separately to give the owner a more detailed adjustment range.

FOX Adjustable Remote Reservoir Mounted Shocks:

The aluminum bodied Performance Series 2.0 Reservoir smooth body shock delivers FOX’s industry leading and race dominating performance in an affordable, hassle-free bolt on package. Its heat reducing design includes a metal impacted clear anodized aluminum shock body that dissipates heat faster than a conventional steel body shock.

Its external reservoir allows for increase oil and nitrogen capacity while delivering striking race look. The included black anodized reservoir mounting clamp and other components are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The race developed high flow damping piston matched with application specific valving provides the Performance Series 2.0 Reservoir shock a predicable ride quality capable of handling the roughest road conditions.

 
Eurowise Panhard Bars

The pan hard bar utilizes a double adjuster so you don’t have to remove the arm each time to adjust the bar.

All the other ones we’ve seen on the market are just single adjusters and it’s a PITA if you’ve ever tried aligning these yourself. Taking it on and off and rechecking the alignment specs each time is a chore. It comes equipped with OEM bushings and mandrel bent in the same fashion as OE.
